However, im not sure how much money you will be able to save when you need at least 3000 Watts RMS to power those. Odds are you will have to perform a Big 3 upgrade as well. Overall, you are going to be looking for one amplifier that can do the following: 3000 Watts RMS at 1.5 Ohms (wired in Parallel/Series) 3000 Watts RMS at 6 Ohms (wired in Series) or two amplifiers that can do the following: 1500 Watts RMS at 0.75 Ohms (each subwoofer wired in Parallel) 1500 Watts RMS at 1.5 Ohms (each subwoofer wired in Parallel/Series) 1500 Watts RMS at 3.0 Ohms (each subwoofer wired in Series) Here are a few suggestions for what you can look into: Hifonics Brutus BRZ2100.1D (one per subwoofer): http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_23549_Hifonics-Brutus-BRZ2100.1D.html SoundStorm (SSL) EV5000D (one per subwoofer): http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_23062_SoundStorm-SSL-EV5000D.html DC Audio 3.5K (will power both subwoofers at 16 Volts): Call 775-425-5700 for a price quote Audioque AQ3500D.1 (will both both subwoofers at 14.4 Volts): http://www.audioque.com/AQ3500D1-Amplifier_p_32.html Both the Hifonics amplifier and Soundstorm amplifier are overrated, but should both be able to perform roughly around 1500 Watts RMS at 1.5 Ohms when wired in Parallel/Series. The DC Audio and Audioque amplifiers are true to their numbers. Both amplifiers should be able to supply slightly over 3000 Watts RMS when wired in Parallel/Series. |

I never had the chance to personally use the Rockford Fosgate T3000.1, but I do know for a fact they are very underrated. By any chance do you have the birthsheet that came with the amplifier when it was new? Regardless, this amplifier should be able to push both of the JL Audio 13W7's wired in Parralel/Series. The output at 1.5 Ohms could range anywhere from 2500-3100 Watts RMS. If it turns out that the 13W7's are hardly moving, or you want to throw more power at them, I would suggest looking into the Audioque AQ3500D.1. |
