I've done some extensive research and narrowed down my in-dash unit choices to the following (assuming money isn't an issue):
Pioneer AVHP7500 Alpine IVAD901 Eclipse AVN2454
Kenwood KVT-915 came following but I'm not including it because of overwhelming amount of complaints of poor reliability from this company.
Please let's all use our honest opinions and knowledge to help select the best unit currently out for many people like me who just want to know and don't have time for research
