Four300 or two600

Two 600watt rms Alpine type R shallow mounts or Four 300watt rms Alpine type S. TBH I can buy 4 of the type s's for as much as one type R. So lets just say will One 600watt rms be the better than Two 300watt rms. haven't decided on what ohms id be running at but let's just say 2.
