Monday, May 23, 2011 - 02:15 GMT Hey guys i have an AQ 1200d i just ordered an RL-p 15 dual 2 ohm. i want to run this sub a 1 ohm. It will be in a 4.0 cubic foot box tunned to 30hz my AQ 1200d is rated at 1400 watts at 1 ohm do you think the sub will be ok? or should i set the gains really low? is this the right equation. Sqrt(ohms*watts) Sqrt(1*1000watts) = 31.6v should i set that with my ohm meter? someone help i wanna get this system bumpin!

Monday, May 23, 2011 - 20:30 GMT I was able to find a few other people who have this subwoofer that were running roughly 1000 watts and it was performing just fine. Just be sure that when you wire everything up, to start by turning down all the settings on the aq1200d to prevent anything from breaking, and adjust accordingly.
