I need to know what I should do for enclosures or even size of subs to put in a 1986 Toyota MR2 Mk1. There is space behind the seaats that most mr2 owners say you can fit two 10" subs behind each of the seats. Maybe i could fit 12"S? i duno. Also there's a space in the front trunk, because its a mid-engined vehicle. I could take out the spare tire and all that crap. The other possibility is the trunk in the back. I have pictures tell me what you think. I'm looking at 10" RE X-X-X's, although I cant find a good deal on them anywhere, actually i barely can find where to buy them anywhere besides the website. I'm also looking at 10" Brahmas. If i put them behind the seat, would they beat only half as powerful as if i had a giant ported/sealed box that would fit in an SUV or something? i want the most bang for my *size* available. Also what kind of amp and head unit should i use for the brahams or X.X.X's? now let me figure out how to post the pictures
I'd go with four 10" or two 10" behind each seat if you've got the rom. I did four 8" behind each seat in Fiero GT bodies before, and the MR2 isn't that different for space.
