I have four boston FX5 5.5" speakers. I took the back two out because I read on these forums that it messes up the soundstage. Each of these speakers is about 60 watts rms. I have a very cheap amp that is 60 watts x 1 @ 2 ohm. I was wondering if I could run my amp to one speaker, and then bridge my head unit into the other so it could get about 60 watts. I have pioneer head unit 50x4 max, rms is probably low 20s.

Is a head unit bridgeable? Im trying to save some money, but if I need to I will buy a kicker kx150.4.

Also, will two Cerwin Vega Vmaxs(300w rms) drown out the sound from the two 60w 5.5", making the bass way too loud? Or should I put all four of my speakers in?

Your HU is not bridgeable.

300W of bass would drown out the normal sound. Fine for bassheads, but not if you're interested in establishing crisp, genuine sound.
