I bought a Honda Civic about a month ago to help save gas (im used to driving a big diesel truck all the time) when I bought the car the radio said COdE on it and I figured I could deal with it. Needless to say after a month of riding around im miserable without the radio I hope someone can help me out the car VIN number is 1HGEJ1131RL018232 and the radio serial number is F30719941. Thanks I hope someone can help me out.
============================================= If you CANNOT find a code written on the radio or on a card in the glovebox (or similar "hidden" place ) then please read on
Please note:
The majority of HONDA codes are NOT readily available as access is required to the original factory database which is not commercially available to buy
HONDA radios are made by the following manufacturers
The only Honda radio codes that are available to be calculated for free from anywhere on the Internet will be radios made by
BLAUPUNKT. These will have a Serial Number beginning with BP and another number beginning with 7 *** *** *** found on a label on the radio casing Plus a few older radios
made by PHILIPS ...(Model 22 DC681/02 )
and early ALPINE (Model numbers beginning CM+ + + + )
UNFORTUNATELY ... NO OTHERS !
=================================================
For EVERY other HONDA radio made by one of the other manufacturers then visit the website below
https://radio-navicode.honda.com
If you can supply all the correct details, then they will be able to supply your code for free.
Otherwise you will have to try your HONDA Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
I've seen some people on this forum that have access to codes like this one im asking for. Thats why I posted it , I know their hard to come by but I've seen a few people on here with access to them. Im hoping someone will read this that has access to them. Thanks though.

If your radio is made by Philips or an early Alpine or Blaupunkt then try emailing
restoredclassic@aol.com
to see if they can help
Mention this forum.
If not then Main HONDA Dealer or Radio Decode Service only for this code
It will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

https://radio-navicode.acura.com/?src=inq
If not then the code for your PIONEER will only be available from your local Honda Dealer or a Decoding Service ...who will plug in a laptop to read/recode your memory chip (EEPROM)
