theres a popping noise from the dustcap or behind not sure can anyone help on that

i bet it's chrome!, they all come loose on mtx thunder series w/chrome cones. carefully, and slowly peel off the dust cover(if it will with out breaking)be careful! if it stay's partially attatched then stop there. now get a small screw driver or somethin you can scratch with. scrape off the remaining thin layer of chrome(where the dust cap and cone meet. the chrome peeling off the cone is why they come loose,not poor glue) so, now go to autozone, grab some quickset epoxy, be sure to buy the one in a double syringe(<?), and make sure it's 5 min set or less, it stay's a little more flexible. don't use superglue, trust me. mix a small amount, glue it and set a full pop can on top after to ensure it's down all the way. wait 20 hours for a full cure of the epoxy, n bam, yr ready to rock n roll. later

Yep, Zac is old-school. People just don't repair subs anymore, they end up on eBay "as is."
