Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - 17:56 GMT Yea port looks sweet. Question about KERFS: Is there a general rule about ...... 1. how many cuts to make for a particular angle 2. how thick your blade should be 3. how far apart the cuts should be ?? "your socks don't match" haha

Saturday, February 26, 2011 - 05:33 GMT Turned out GREAT Dustin!!! What carpet glue did you use? Ever get around to getting a latex spray gun and using WoodWeld? I'm using the cheap Kobalt gun w/ the woodweld, and I gotta say, this tax-return season....that $35 gun has been getting a workout, lol. I have been through ~3gallons in the few weeks, no clogs, no problem I have been meaning to build a kerfed box for display, but can't find the time. I used the last half sheet of my MDF here at the shop tonite for a 2-DD1008 Chevy crewcab box. Didn't get out of the shop til after 8:30.....these 10 to 14hr days are killing me. Me and Nick are in the bay pretty much all day, and Cory get stuck up front w/ customers. I get Nick to help my rip MDF sheets down to size so I can build boxes after work. We have been pretty much booked solid for the last 5-6weeks. Nick rolled our last vehicle today out at 6:15 (we close at 5:30), then we got to work on the 2-8 box. Damit. I'm gonna need a vacation. And for those of you wondering about my FAILED SS gift to MS. I have talked to him, and hopefully cleaned things up. He sold/traded the vehicle my original give was ment to be installed in, so I'm working w/ him to make amends...and apologize to everyone here. Pretty sure my name is close to mud because of this, but I'm sorry. ...... ..... .... Dustin, sorry for the thread jack, but I started typing and couldn't stop. NIce enclosure, keep up the AMAZING work! I'm sure the buyer will be more than happy w/ your work.

Monday, February 28, 2011 - 20:15 GMT M.s -- shipping would be around $70. Could do one for you right around 230 shipped. A single 12 box would be right around 175 shipped with a kerfed port. Roughly.
