Did you calculate for bracing, driver displacements, port displacement, and do an end-correction (slot-port)? Because with 1" MDF you have 8 cubes SEALED. For two 15's you'll want atleast 4 cubes each and that's not happening. I'd say almost 3.5 each. A port is going to take up 1-2 cubes depending on the tune. Which way are they facing? If you have to build into the trunk than why don't you consider doing an angled baffle so you can just shove it in there with some twisting & turning? |
