6.5" component set

I need a 1" or smaller tweeter preferably silk, and i want the midrange to be best from about 70 hz and up since i have a sub for low end. My budget is 400 at the most. Ive found a few Morel, CDT, Rainbow, and Hertz that im looking at. Any opinions, or other options would help.
