The Clarion amp is a very nice amp that does clean rated power,seems like a lot of people dont mention Clarion products anymore for some reason. It has always done me very good,plus it lights up a cool neon blue which we all know adds instint DBzz. Lastly My DLS comps,they sound amazing,very natural sounding components but I would like a set that is louder(more harsh) I know a lot of people dont like harsh sounding comps but I do. I would like to buy the AQ 1200 for my sub,15" AA Havoc,so I can power it to its full rms. Right now the JBL amp is giving it a little over 700wrms and it still gets super loud but I just want to see what it does with the full 1200wrms on it! Troy already hooked me up with a 230amp alt so I know I can run a 1200wrms amp with ease,plus a component amp. I need to sell my DLS comps so I can get a louder set to keep up with my 15 and I will probably need a bigger comp amp so thats why Im selling the Clarion. I have the original box for the Clarion and DLS comps but I dont have one for the JBL amp. Everything is it great working condition and will come withh all original accessories. Cosmetic everything is 7-8/10 Im sure there are a few scratches on the amps from where I mounted them but everything works %100 will not be DOA. If any serious interest I can get pics but as of right now everything is still hooked up in my truck. Prices,well Im really not sure where to start so if I get any interest I will then come up with a price. Any questions feel free to post or PM me. Its going here on E first for a while and if noone is interested I will have to pull it all out and list it on CA or CAclass. Refs? I been on E since most of you were in grade school so you're in good hands. |

Keep in mind I want a harsh tweeter,so maybe a metal housed tweet also good mid bass. I already have the JBL C608GTi-mkII in mind http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_20533_JBL_C608GTI_MKii.aspx ^Cant beat that price. But I welcome any and all suggestions. The comp amp will be choosen after I choose my comps so I have no idea about that. And Im pretty set on the AQ 1200,It just makes since to buy that since you can not find a better price on an amp that put out that much power for that price. Anyways suggestions welcomed! Thanks |
