Silver Member Username: ThelonewolfPost Number: 246 Registered: Jul-05 | ok so my gf has got herself a new car, a 2000 subaru outback and it came with a pioneer package, cassette hu with a cd changer and some components. I havent really looked at it closely yet. She loves the sound except it is lacking with low end and wants a small sub or subs to add some bass to her system. She doesn't want to spend much on wiring, box amp and subs. Maybe a couple hundred or so... She just wants it to sound good and not cost much... This is not really my realm I would go with a Fi q and with everything it would be outside her budget. I will be getting her an amp for her components as they are run off the HU right now... but she will be getting the rest. So any thoughts? |

Silver Member Username: CenusPost Number: 303 Registered: Aug-08 | well their the lowest level so its not gonna be ear bleeding loud but id compare them to kicker cvr or equalivent yet with a touch better sq. i love t3 was gonna get a t2000 before i found my sig an had it reconed. i mean 51shipped for a 250wrms 12 is a good deal. if your gf just wants some low end should be great, make a decent ported box and have a decent amp that does rated power with no clipping and your good to go. and youll be really happy when your gf pays you back with some bumpin in the bedroom lmao. |

It may be a little more money but it will perform well in a small sealed enclosure, so you'll be able to get a good level of performance without taking up a lot of room. |
