I've got it !! It was pretty hard to extract it without the original little tools but now, it's in front of me !! So, it is Type: CD 300 D (RDS) No.: 90 389 055. 7 642 855 520 and the code GM1 300S7604516 And a small label gives an other indication: FD563.
