Bronze Member Username: JaymoungMichigan Post Number: 67 Registered: Dec-09 | pretty simple wire the amp up normal(ground,power wire fuse) youll need a output converter http://www.crutchfield.com/p_142LOC80/Scosche-LOC80.html this allows you to send a signal to your amp from you speaker wires what youll need to do is split your speaker wires into the converter match ground with ground and positive with positive then you hook up your rca from the converter to the amp |
Bronze Member Username: JaymoungMichigan Post Number: 68 Registered: Dec-09 | you need to get a signal to your amp which means you would need to hook up the converter to the original wires behind your stock head unit. what i would do is only use those old wires to hook up the converter and then run new speaker wire individually to each speaker directly from the amp. |
