I got a few pics and some feedback from a customer last week, I just finished formatting the pics so they could post on this forum.
His equipment list:
4 AQ HDC3 alum 15's 2 AQ 3500D.1's 4 kicker KS components in front doors 1 Memphis 4.75 1 XS power D3400 underhood 2 XS Power D3100 under wall 1 XS Power VCM Kenwood excelon hu ~200 ft of stinger 0 gauge 1 350 Quickstart alt (~220 his testing) tejcurrent quad alternator setup with 3 'current 230 amp alts (150 idle/242 peak his testing).
With 1 alt he was doing 157 legal and 160.3 or so outlaw dropping down to 10-11v iirc, I'll post up new scores with his voltage at 14+ after a show this weekend hopefully.
woof, backing up a silverado is tough enough with full visibility out of the rear windshield, better look into a backup camera or little johnny on his trike is about to get smoked.

I'm having trouble seeing from the pictures, are those coaxials or did you hide the tweeters in the stock location?
nice install, very clean for all the wires and everything your running. i honestly don't know how people would drive around with systems like this. my system is like low 140's and its plenty loud enough for daily, 155+ driving around just seems crazy to me. the only thing i like of kicker is there amps and the very high end componets everything else is mehh ok at best. loved the sx amps they were sweet.
It's been more than 5 years since I've owned a system that did less than 150. I gutted my car with the intentions of a single 15 setup or something that would be a nice daily sub but I missed the bass too much. Once I get to 155 @32Hz legal I'll stop changing things.
So the spiders on the new recone ripped after about 3 seconds of burp, so it's being sent in to AQ for repair. The other subs are still holding up fine, though from the gain in power he's seeing I'm anxiously awaiting how they hold up at .5 ohms.
Rising to 6.5 ohms strapped he did 158.4 legal and took 1st + loudest of show. Then the sub went up on him. Once he gets it back he's dropping to .5 ohms and looking for at least 161
The 1+ db gain he had was his daily power vs his old .5 ohm power. He should do 160-161 legal with some tuning at .5. What sort of score should he be looking for?
