I have a Viper Car Alarm installed in my car, and recently the siren box in the engine bay fell off it's bracket and rested on the engine headers and melted it to the point that it no longer works. The entire alarm system now fails to work. Was just wondering if it is possible for me to simply purchase a new siren, connect the existing cables to the new siren, and have it all working again just like new?

Yes, that should work.

Buy a new viper siren, cut the old one off it's wires, and connect the new one. No need to re-run wires just cut off any that got damaged. And next time tighten the siren bolts

Thanks, will give it a go. And the bolts were tight, the plastic on the siren actually broke causing it to fall

Make sure you don't mount it near something hot like exhaust manifolds.
