first timer here and a frustrated one at that, what i thought was a simple task has turned out to be a real labour.
I am looking for guidance and some help if possible. my wife has a vauxhall corsa which has had a list of faults and the latest was a flat battery - and as a result now has a code protected radio. i have spend hours trawling online, downloading code generators (which have all failed to generate a working code), i have even tried to get a local guy to come and i would pay him - but after several failed appearances i have given up.
i have a small issue as well and it could be my stupidity - all these code generators produce codes of 4 digits which is fine, however the last one was 7056 --- the radio we have only has 1,2,3,4,5,6 on the radio facia, so i have no idea how to input the number . she has the blaupunkt car 300 d.
can anyone tell me a place or a way to get the code?

It is needed: 1. to include lighting. 2. to push the button AS, on radio, not releasing plug in radio 3. push button 1 to the necessary value of the first number code. 4. push button 2 to the necessary value of the second number code. 5.iaæeiaéoa button 3 to the necessary value of third of number code 6. push button 4 to the necessary value of fourth number code 7. further push button AS and hold 5-10 seconds. if a code is faithful that radio will begin to work.

Would be very grateful for a code after I disconnected battery to clean EGR and Idle Valve. Never even thought about the radio at the time. More fool me.

hi pedja you have to remove the the radio and it will be stamped into the metal caseing and maybe on sticker you need two GMXXXXYXXXXXXX AND 7 XXX XXX XXX

Xantony if you dont have a display when entering it will go like 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 so when entering you would have to push button 2x to get the one then button 2 once to get 0 then push button 3 2x to get one then button 4 7x to get the six.then Press & Hold Preset " AS " Until the Unit Beeps. bear in mind it may go 1234567890 when pushed. if so button 1 1x =1 button 2 10x =0 button 3 1x =1 button 4 6x =6
Hi hay88, sadly that code didnt work, tryed it twice, now says 8 safe which i assume means 8 more trys left??? any other codes?
I double checked info on radio and only thing i can think is thats "gm0300V8273220 " the "v" could be a "y" but as i say i aint sure? Can you check it with a y for me, hopefully it is if it works, no music sadly sucks

The problem will be 1..Wrong serial number quoted or 2..Wrong code entry or 3...Radio has been recoded in the past to a completely different number to the one it left the factory with.
