Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR2005) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database...which is not commercially available..
Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

HONDA radios are made by the following manufacturers
The only Honda radio codes that are available to be calculated for free from anywhere on the Internet will be radios made by
BLAUPUNKT. These will have a Serial Number beginning with BP and another number beginning with 7 *** *** *** found on a label on the radio casing
UNFORTUNATELY ... NO OTHERS !
So you will be wasting your time posting code requests here for any other make.

I've got 2 tries left before it locks up permanently. Just managed to get the head unit out after a bit of a fight with it.

Please check your Serial Number again to make sure it is correct.
If it is correct , then unfortunately your code will not be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as this Serial Number is not in the available database.
Main Dealer or Decoding Service only for this code

Hi There! Could you kindly help me with the code for my car's radio. The car is a '98 Mitsubishi 3000GT.
The radio is an Infinity and the numbers that were on it are:
MR309315 (I believe this to be the model #) 76209017A (I believe this to be the serial #) RZ5077CWY-2 34V0043 I am not sure what the last 2 numbers are but they were on the radio so I have included them.
Thank you for your help. I called Mitsubishi at 1-888-MITSU2009 and they gave me the code. They need the last 8#s of the VIN, the radio model # and serial #. They were very nice, gave me the code as well as how to program it in. I have posted this info as it may be helpful to others. Thanks again Debbie
