Gold Member Username: MendonmafiaUSA Post Number: 2059 Registered: Aug-06 | anyone use it? worth it? in thinking about getting some along with some deadner. i already have some cheapo roofing stuff in the front doors and some of the trunk area but now Im going to take this approach: http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi basically only use a little bit of deadener and then use mlv i want to do mlv on the front and rear doors and the roof. i want to add deadener to the rear doors and roof both of which dont have any deadener and flex, I also want to add more to the front doors, trunk area and trunk lid. my question mostly is since its designed to be free standing in walls, wouldnt it glued to a door or lying on the floor impede the function of the barrier? even with the closed cell foam, if its all glued down it dosnt seem very isolated lol. also should i get 100sqft of edead 45 or 50sqft of edead 80? |
