Can anyone recommend a good sub grill that will not interfere at high excursion during low frequencies. I am going to be moving in a month and would like to be able to use the back of my SUV without worrying about something slamming into the sub.
I don't care about what it looks like but rather value how much protection and durability it offers.
Unfortunately the box can't be turned any other way besides facing towards the back. In designing this box I wanted to make it as tall as the back windows but as narrow as I could get it. Laying it down would take up more surface area of the back not to mention other complications such as my amp rack mounted on the back of the box and the port direction.
Jake, that grill looks like a good option and not a bad price. I'll give it a try.
