Hi have Clarion radio no 0072644 not worked since replaced with new battery told code was 5131 by selling agents but does not work has anybody any ideas. thank in advance, richard.
Post all the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes, or stamped in the metal.
Depending on the model , then the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
Hi Regrooster thanks for the reply the no 0072644 is on the barcode label but above the barcode , the other nos stamped on the case are CL0267V0072644. other nos on label are 286-8497-12 under those are 96 233537 ZL.the only other nos are CLARION PU-9971A.Thanks for your help.Richard.
