Posted on i have a 4ohm sub.. and i want to bring the ohm down to a 2ohm how would i do that? |

Posted on didnt you say that you had two sx's that were dvc 4ohm? regardless, from what you are saying, a svc 4ohm sub can not be wired to a 2 ohm load, only 4 ohm. but im pretty sure you have the dvc 4ohm because i do not think the sx's came in svc. it would look like this

Posted on you would have to get another 4 ohm sub and wire them in parallel to get a 2 ohm load. |

Posted on alright well im just thinking about bringing them down to a 1ohm do u think a Hifonics BXi 1606D would push my subs good? |

Posted on just an fyi, all of the threads you made asking different questions would have been fine staying in the original thread you made but to answer your question, yes that amp will work on them but it will really be under powering them by quite a bit |

Posted on well what kinda amp would u suggest without making me upgrade on my battery and stuff cause i already got my wires and stuff ran my wires are 4gage |
