I need a sanity check any comments greatly appreciated.

Head unit: stock w/ no RCAs
Amp: Ma Audio 204 SX 4 channel
Seapkers: 4 4X6's & 10" woofer

I want to config for 3 channels. The 2 4X6's hooked up in parallel (2 ohm) per channel. The other 2 channels on the amp will be bridged to power the woofer in 4 ohms

Questions:
1. I need a low level converter. The price ranges from $5 to $50. Is the highest quality a must? Do I have any other options?
2. The amp looks like it has one set of RCAs. Do Do you see any issues with providing the correct frequencies to the amp to power both the 4X6's and 10"? (there's cross overs on the amp) Does it matter which channels I use fro the head unit? i.e., front or rear?

Thank you!
