att sells them for what 200 after rebate and 2 yr contract? so the only reason someone would want to buy a used one would be if they wanted/needed a new phone but were not up for contract renewal. and the tilt 2 wouldn't be at the top of my list for phones to buy used especially for 300 dollars
i dunno man some people are just up for it... i bought a iphone 3g (white) when they came out for 300 i used it for 6 months and put it on ebay and sold it for 576 shipped used....

For whatever it's worth he did me good on the transaction. The item came in good condition and worked. I used it and loved it actually lol. Then sold it after I was done with it.
