Help with new head unit

My price range is around 1000, with features that include GPS, Bluetooth, Ipod compatibility, touch screen, voice dialing, and wireless remote. What do you think would be the best unit? kenwood Excelon DNX 8120, DNX9140, alpine alpine IVA-W203/P1? what do you think?
