Wednesday, October 14, 2009 - 23:03 GMT As some of you know I recently picked up an IDMAX d4 v2 for a very good price. I have been looking for a second and have not been able to find one. I was thinking that I could get a v3 and put that in the box with the v2. Aside from the obvious: different looks. Would there be any problems with doing that? I have hear that the subs are essentially the same with some minor differences. Or would this be like mismatching subs?

Thursday, October 15, 2009 - 02:45 GMT The Vas, Re and Fs differences could be an issue but the critical specs (imp and efficiency) are matching. V2 V3

Thursday, October 15, 2009 - 15:08 GMT I thanks Brad. I would like some people's personal oppinions on the subject. I dont know speakers well enough to figure out how the differences will effect the sound.
