Dual XDVDN8190 - Bluetooth Problems

I just purchased this unit and i love it!

Just one problem i am having: when i use my cell phone with the bluetooth, i can hear everyone perfectly clear...but they complain they can't hardly hear me. they say i sound like if i am very far away!

Can someone please help me resolve this issue.
