Then I called Honda at 1-800-999-1009, gave them my name, vin#, and serial # and they gave me the code in less than 2 minutes. I hope that helps. |

Then I called Honda at 1-800-999-1009 and gave them my name, the serial number and my car's vin and they gave me the code, free of charge. Don't pay for a code when you can get it free of charge. |

New member Post Number: 3 Registered: Nov-07 | Ok, so I came on here to find help to get my code. I figured it out by myself and posted how to do it very easily. Luckily I used an email address I check about once every 2 months because this website sends emails every time someone posts on this board. What I want to say is would you lazy people stop giving your serial, VIN# and all that and just DO IT YOURSELF! No one is coming to this board to look up your stereo code for you! I'm not trying to be nasty, but come on! So one more time, this is how I did it: I called my local Honda dealership with the serial number for my radio and they looked up the code for free. You can also call 1-800-999-1009 with the serial number for your radio and your car VIN # and they will look up the code for free once you prove you are the owner of the car. To find the serial number of your radio, turn your car onto the I or II position so the engine isn't running. Press the 1 and 6 numbers at the same time and turn on the radio while pressing these buttons. This will give you the serial number for your radio in two parts. Write it down and make some calls... |
