Post Number: 6970 Registered: Nov-05 | got them to seal into the doors vs the door panels.. your door panels are not sealed.. so the response of the driver will not be as good.. midbass mostly will be affected although you may have a hollow sounding midrange |

Silver Member Username: Mpinto19kDallas/Fort Hood, Tx Post Number: 246 Registered: Feb-09 | Never thought of it like that but still either way it might be mounted on the door but that goes with me saying the mounting depth was so much that it still goes all the way into my door just like stock speakers that's why I had to make the cut on the metal of my door because since the panel pushed it to the right some the magnet still wouldn't have gone in. Get what I'm saying? I see what your saying that but that might make a difference to what your saying it might not I don't know |

Silver Member Username: Mpinto19kDallas/Fort Hood, Tx Post Number: 247 Registered: Feb-09 | They sound really good, loud and crisp! And for those moments when I went a little extra bass they can definitely keep up and not get drowned out. |
