Click Personal Tab > Choose "Payment owed" (or any other one you'd like) The purchase must be fully funded by a bank account or PayPal balance for this to work. The sender and recipient must be in the USA, too. Also, if you are a seller and are receiving money, you won't be able to create and print shipping through PayPal/USPS and add tracking info to the transaction. However, you could still print postage on USPS.com or just go to the Post Office or courier service of your liking. |
