Bronze Member Username: DomenicoGlendale, AZ USA Post Number: 30 Registered: Apr-09 | So...i decided to build my first box. ![]() The box will be in the extened cab of my 1999 Dodge Dakota RT. "Willing to remove back seat" The subs im planning on using are 4 12inch type r's. [swr 1242d] Ported box of course. I dont really know much about building about, thats why im here... so can i have a list of materials that ill need to get this job done..right! "haha" Tips would be great, alot of tips. The cutting and sh!t shouldnt be a problem, seems really d@amn easy but measurements!!! i dont know where to begin with em. i know certant subs need a certant cubic ft. with the box having 4 subs in it i dont know how to figure it out. Yes, im a noob when it comes to boxes... So to sum it alllll up, could someone caulculate the dimensions of a rectanglura ported sub box thatll hold 4 12inch alpine type r's SWR-1242D then list the materials needed for the project. Thanks - Domenico |
