Here in the UK the cheapest option would be to take it to a local Car Radio / Audio shop who might charge £10 / £20 by reading the memory chip (EEPROM) The Main Dealer should have access to the original factory database ....and will charge as much as they like for the code. Anything from free up to £100 plus !
