New member Username: Ipimped0utiPost Number: 1 Registered: Apr-09 | i got this enclosure and these wires came attached to the terminal cup, would i just run speaker wire from the sub to these connectors and just wrap them around?![]() |

Can you remove the wires completely from the terminal and solder new/heavier gauge wire to it? My guess is it's a smaller enclosure. Is this a sub you're connecting to this terminal? |

If the subs have male-spaces for terminals, just clip those female-spades on. If not, cut the spades off, strip the wire back, and connect those wires to your sub. If they are long enough, go direct to the subs terminals. If no, solder or crimp and extension to them. |

New member Username: Ipimped0utiPost Number: 5 Registered: Apr-09 | The terminals are binding posts and will accept pin connecters, single and dual banana plugs, and up to 11 gauge bare wire. Some spade terminals will also fit, but the width is very limited so most will not fit. (max spade with is 0.644", diameter of post the spade fits around is 0.309) thats some info on the subwoofer terminals if it helps any |
