I think is something with 1 and 9 , but I think the solution is to go to my service guy to tell him something about his mother. :-) ANd to bring some beers for you. |

Silver Member Username: RegroosterPost Number: 793 Registered: Aug-08 | Yes..your code is definitely 0623 as originally stated 1...If your numbers are correct then 0623 is the original factory code. 2...Make sure you are entering it using the correct instruction and are getting the correct display at every stage. (see below) If all this checks out OK then it looks like your radio will have been recoded to a completely different number. You will then have to take it to a Decoding Service . Philips DC229 Renault Code Entry Switch on the radio, the display will show 'CODE' followed by '0000' Press the preset [1] for the correct first digit Press the preset [2] for the correct second digit Press the preset [3] for the correct third digit Press the preset [4] for the correct fourth digit If the correct code is now shown on screen, press and hold the [6] preset to save it. |
