Tuesday, March 24, 2009 - 04:33 GMT I love Jl... have a single 12in w6v2. I want to try something different tho. What are some good alternate options? I listen to all kinds of music from rap/hiphop to dance to some rock and other music like dave matthews band. I suppose I like more sq than spl. Can be one or two subs or three (preferably 10's if I went tripletts). No real budget, just weighing out my options. As for power, I have an alpine mrd-m605 right now, but I can always change that out to open up my options.

Tuesday, March 24, 2009 - 23:13 GMT I would have to agree with MS in that it will be hard to beat the sound quality of a w6. Is the problem that it isn't getting loud enough for your taste?

Wednesday, March 25, 2009 - 01:58 GMT I would get a couple RE's or maybe a Treo Audio. But they still can pound out some serious power. They seem to be efficient enough

Friday, March 27, 2009 - 23:09 GMT im going to agree with the RE request up there. Easily the best pounding sub i've ever heard. That XXX is best out there.
