Post Number: 1678 Registered: Mar-07 | i norm would ms but the amp is gonna be under the "platform" the box is downfiring on and the sub is gonna be held by nuts and bolts so i need to connect 2 pieces of wire together i know i can solder them i just wanted something that is easy to disconnect when i need to |

Platinum Member Username: Nd4spd18Philadelphia, PA Post Number: 10056 Registered: Jul-06 | Sounds like quick disconnects is what you need.... can get them from radioshack.... or cheaper in large quantity online. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2104020&x=9&retainProdsInS ession=1&y=8&numProdsPerPage=60 I use those on every subwoofer install so that the sub/box can be removed easily.... they push together and are tight enough they won't come apart on you. |

Gold Member Username: DeadrabitMarionville, MO Post Number: 1336 Registered: Jun-07 | jeremy m r u sure?????? i don't think so! what r u tuning it too? the btl has an xmas of 28mm! u need bigger ports! u would need 16 4inch arrow ports i would look for 8 inch ports. 4 8inch arrow ports or 6 6inch arrow ports. what ru wanting to tune it too? that makes a difference also. the lower u tune it too the less of a port opening u need. u can use this to help u figure it out. http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm?id=31 |
