Reg Rooster Silver Member Username: Regrooster Post Number: 571 Registered: Aug-08	Posted on Monday, February 23, 2009 - 19:50 GMT BMW do not make radios but affix their badge onto one made by one of the well known manufacturers....so TO MAKE ANY ATTEMPT AT PROVIDING A FREE CODE FOR YOUR RADIO I REQUIRE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION 1...MAKE and MODEL of the RADIO 2...ALL the NUMBERS and LETTERS on ANY LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING OF THE RADIO 3...MAKE of CAR I`m afraid supplying just the VIN number or MAKE of car or single Serial Number is sometimes just not enough ..

When I finally got the stereo removed to get the info you asked for (ordeal in itself trying to find the 5-headed BMW security screwdriver .. the guys at BestBuy helped out), there was a sticker on the radio with the code. Entering the code, unlocked the radio. Thanks again for your offer to help.
