Gold Member Username: Nd4spd18Philadelphia, PA Post Number: 9640 Registered: Jul-06 | To give some more info on it.... they are the DRT-25 silk tweeters and I got them around august 07. I don't remember how long the warranty is but I think they are still covered? The pass side tweeter has started making a "buzzing" noise with the music at moderate volume and higher but not when they are played quiet. I plan on switching the left and right speaker outputs on the amp just to check and make sure it's not anything upstream, amp or HU..... but it's 15 degrees so thats not happening yet. I thought about switching the x-overs also just to check that. Switching the speakers would be a pain so I'm not doing that. The fact that it doesn't happen at low volume makes me think it is the speaker though. |
