Wednesday, January 28, 2009 - 19:49 GMT Thanks to many of your posts, we have completed installation of my sons new system. RE SX 15 sub, Audioque 1200d and a 4^3 ported box tuned to 24 hz. Wired from batt. to amp. using 4 gauge and amp. to sub. 12 gauge. Wired sub paralell to run amp at 1 ohm. Sounds incredible. Now have to sell his dual Kicker CVR 12" subs in a seal box with a Bazooka 400w amp.

Wednesday, January 28, 2009 - 20:21 GMT tuned to 24hz? be careful with that sub.. i would have tuned 10hz higher just listen for it bottoming out.. it may or may not.. another reason for tuning higher.. most rap songs don't play that low.. they peak in the up 30s and low 40s
