Silver Member Username: Armykyle1Ms Us Post Number: 129 Registered: Dec-08 | for one im not comparing them. its not my money nor is it my car. Ill never buy JL unless i get a really good deal. i just wanna get opinions on this stuff and which amp would be better. i went to the JL stores and the demos sucked. other products was mtx, kicker, RF, memphis, genesis amps (out of $range), sony(deff no). When I get my settlement money i'll probably get 4 12"sonances |

Another option would be ordering a sub or two from ficaraudio.com Fi is extremely good and reasonably priced. The main guy at Fi is the same guy who designed the first and second gen RE subs that are still so well regarded. I use an Fi Q15 myself presently. |

Their lower end stuff is pretty much considered junk, but their upper end stuff gets some respect. Personally I use two pair of the FXi3 dipole surrounds in my HT setup and they are fantastic, but they also sell for $420/pair for what is essentially a 5.25" driver and two silk tweeters in an MDF enclosure. |

Platinum Member Username: GlasswolfRaccoon City, MI USA Post Number: 12264 Registered: Dec-03 | between the two, go with RF for amps. for the sub, look at the Fi Q series.. they are loud, but geared for SQ. great subs. |
Silver Member Username: Armykyle1Ms Us Post Number: 131 Registered: Dec-08 | i was just checking them out. they look pretty good. i couldnt find anything on warrenty, the polks have a 3yr. and those might be too much cause i'll need three amps total, plus do the alt instead of the big3 |
