Thursday, January 15, 2009 - 04:00 GMT Hmm, a glorified HF vs Lanzar's flagship... I don't see how it's a "hands down" decision. Lanzar should give you more power. Reliability/quality is a toss up IMO. Unless the Atek is significantly cheaper I think the Lanzar's the better option.

The 2kd was >80% (86 IIRC) at 1/2 ohm. The 6kd I could only find 2 ohm eff. for but it was 74% A test at CAF has the xxx6500 at 69% at 1.5 ohms and about 11.5v. What are the real world eff. numbers for the A-tek?
