Ive been looking around for a new amp and sub. I've found a combo (Polk db1212 & a Polk C500.1 amp) The sub is 360 watts RMS @ 2ohms and the amp is 500 watts RMS @ 2ohms. Would 500 watts be too much for the sub??

as long as you set the amp gains correctly you should not have a problem.
