Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - 00:25 GMT Hey I'm new to the site and have only been in the car audio game for about a year, but I was wondering if you guys could help me out with something. A friend of mine wants me to build him a box for his 07 Memphis MOJO 15 quad 1 ohm and I was hoping someone could tell me what port frequency I should shoot for.

Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - 00:45 GMT Welcome to E fellow Michigander! What kind of music does he listen to? Is this for SPL(Loud, but low sound quality), SQ(Sound Quality), or SQL(mixture of both)?

Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - 05:16 GMT To the OP, I would put the 15 mojo in a 3-3.25 cuft box. Memphis suggests 45hz for the tuning, but thats pretty high. You would be good with tuning it @ 38

Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - 20:02 GMT He listens to mostly rap. This is gunna be in his daily driver so i think SQL would be best. Maybe a little more towards SQ since its already pretty loud in its current box and 15s tend to distort more than smaller subs...right?
