With active you would be able to pick individual drivers instead of a set. Possibly: Seas L18rnx(aluminum cones so a lower crossover point with these would be best due to breakup around 2khz). Very good for car setups though. ER18RNX if you don't like aluminum cones. Then possibly a seas prestige H1396(alot of people run these in cars and love them). Or maybe a Morel MDT12. Whatever you choose just make it nice to go along with the ML3000 |

This set of speakers got the highest SQ score ever using the CA+E magazine scoring criteria. I have a set but have not installed them. Very good customer service as well, best I've ever dealt with.
