Sunday, October 26, 2008 - 20:03 GMT With a $300 budget go with the audioque hdc3 copper coil and set your amp gain with a digital multimeter to 1200 watts or so. http://www.audioque.com/aq/order.htm

Monday, October 27, 2008 - 00:03 GMT Do not go for lanzar, they are horrid. The RE MT 15" is a good choice and a good price, I currently have an RE MX 18", and reccomend RE to anyone. Although a DD genrally will give more SPL.

Monday, October 27, 2008 - 00:16 GMT " Does anyone know the cheapest place to buy subs such as the DD or AudioQue... " You should have asked me that a few months ago..... I had a 9515 that wouldn't sell.... ended up selling it in perfect condition for $300. Thats 1/2 the cost of new.
