Monday, August 25, 2008 - 12:26 GMT Last year i had bought a 12" Alpine Type R with a 600 RMS Hifonics bxi amp. Lately I have grown really sick of the same sound when the bass hits. I was wondering if there is a better sub out there that pounds harder (or even the same) but has a lot more quality when the bass hits. My budget is $1000-$2000 Thanks Guys

Monday, August 25, 2008 - 16:35 GMT if u want an upgrade, get another type-r and a AQ 1200D...should sound nice. and build a box to specs. all together shouldnt be that much and will pound pretty nicely. oh yeah make sure that the type-rs are dual4ohm
