Started to tweak the fitment of the box, making it so that it can be removed at any time incase I need to change struts. The fuel pump hatch is just in front of the box, you can see the outline under the Herculiner. The port pictured is the 30hz, I also have 35 and 40hz ports plus if I want to go sealed just remove the port and use a block off plate. Will look better once the black sub is put in and port plus surrounding area done in Herculiner to match the box. Polo.

Don't know never actually measured it but you can be sure it is well above 5K to be safe probably a lot more than that when the bats are at 17 and 18V . This is a daily and I run the voltage high because it increases efficiency and decreases current draw. Thanks..Chad... Polo.

Scottie Johnson, the person I got it from says they ahve gotten between 7 and 8K on 17V at 1ohm. These are impressive amps and I liked it more than my DD Z1a, just sounds better. IMHO..Polo.

Nothing bumpin yet Jake but I did resin the foam to give it a bit of strength I will be glassing over that also. Once the box is in place I will use a silicone seal to fill the gap. Will post some more pics soon...Polo.

IS that firing into the cabin...

Looks like it should work real well with the back seat down but how much output do you lose with it up?

Ya MS it is and sealed very well. Honestly there is maybe a 1/2db loss and that is it not much of the original seat back to affect it lOl. If I want that extra I just remove it which takes 1 min with a drill. With the amount of power fromt that amp/sub combo beating through the seats is very doable and actually sounds better because it is dampened. Polo.
