Ok guys, here is probably one of my biggest builds logs.

As some of you know, I recently 2 toned my car and also put a kit on it. I will have pictures of the car one day soon once I get time to clean it up lol.

In this log, I will be:
1. Fiberglassing all four door panels and my dash and then painting them to match my car.

2. Painting all the other panels to match also.

3. Redoing seats and the rest of the carpet in the interior.

4. Install my Pioneer 880, and also changing my front stage to active

5. Relocating all my switches to the center console (window controls, lock/unlcok, trunk pop)

6. Maybe a few extra things that dones't involve the interior

Here are a few pics of what I have done the last few days:

3 gallons of USC b440 Resin

I had to rip all the vinyl off the doors

Fiberglass doesn't like to stick to plastic real well, so I drilled holes and roughed up the plastic with a grinder to give it something to bite into.
Upload

Got my matt in place for glassing on one of the front doors
Upload

One of the rear doors glassed. I have both of the rear doors completely glassed now. Notice how I shaved all of the holes exvept the door handle one ;)
Upload

Started on the passenger front door a few hours ago. Got it prepped just like the other doors.

Freshly glassed passenger front door :-)

Here's a vid just for fun.

All it all, it takes about 3.5 hours per door to get it prepped and glassed.

Tomorrow I hope to rip all the vinyl off of the other front door and get it glassed. Werther I do it or not, that's another story lol.

And that's the end of week one.

Ok guys, today I test fitted the 3 door panels I have done so far. I was scared they might have warped.

But, They all fit perfect :-) I will have pics tomorrow.

One more door left, then it's time for the hard work.
