These are what it comes down to right now for me. Just these combos of amps.
1. Sundown SAE-1000 and a Sundown SAX 100.2
2. Audison LRX 1.400 and a Audison LRX 2.250
3. Mmats D1100.1 and a Mmats SQ2150
Obviously, the amps are about 1k for the sub and about 100-150 for the components.
I was set on the getting the Audison pair but after talking with some people and doing some thinking, I came to the conclusion that I would not be able to tell the difference between any of these amps. The only difference I would notice would be the weight of my wallet....if you catch my drift.

Audison LRx 1.400
LRx 1.400 is a mono amplifier especially designed to drive very low loads with thrilling energy reserve, built-in active filters and LRx typical compact size. Power supply and final stages use high current MOSFETs, which satisfy every power need. With its 900 watts at 1 Ohm, LRx 1.400 is the ideal amplifier to drive state-of-the-art subwoofers systems and to realise installations with very high SPL values and excellent timbre quality. It has a Hi-Pass stereo filter and a 24dB/Oct. Lo-Pass mono one; both are Butterworth, with independent adjustments. The subwoofer section has a bypass subsonic filter and a 24dB/Oct. slope one with Q factor adjustment and phase switch; thus, it always allows you to take full advantage of any speaker you are using.

i have to leave but it looks like a tough call even based on functions built in the amps
i would go with Audison i mean yeah you may not be able to tell the difference but still its like having a stock corvette and a fixed up civic i mean maybe they both can do 10 second quarter miles but one of them is still a corvette ;) idk but its up to you if you want to spend that money bud
rayray...why would you call the audison a corvette and the sundown a civic? what features/internals on the audison make it superior? and your analogy made no sense. you would take the corvette because you could make it better than the souped up civic. not to mention i doubt either is doing a 10 second quarter mile.
From what I have read, the Audison's should be pretty true to power ratings, their quality is top notch. As Sundown power, well Jacob has reported 450w @ 8ohm mono, and upwards of 150 per channel at 4 ohm stereo from the 100.2
lol take it like how Chad you know were homies no one is upset here haha i said i did get pwned and i said oh well can't be perfect all the time right Chad ;)
^^^^^^^ LMFAO this is the funniest sh!t ever lol well only cus Chad drives a honda :P but yeah no problem its all good and i think both Honda and Sundown are good companies so didn't think i was insulting anyone lol
John your a lil b!tch for not having the balls to make your own decision on your own equipment what a lil wishy washy b!tch yeah everyone is getting pwned John just playing bud but i guess i'm convinced too get the sundown best bang for your buck
